Summer Solstice

Hey its the Summer solstice! longest day of the year and shortest night. Thought would mark the occasion with a new brew. going for larger percentage of crystal malt with a small amount of cara amber malt . also doing a 2 stage fermentation. 5 days in the primary and then 7 days in the secondary, then i shall bottle all of this stuff.
