Okay an update on the beer and home brewing.

The Brewzer mini kit has really improved since i tried it on tuesday. Has gained some carbonation and the flavour has improved each day so thats turned out ok. I will try and use that kit as a small experimenting kit.

The Nelson's Revenge has now gone into the keg for 2 weeks of keg conditioning and secondary fermentation. Thats now residing in the new micro brewery (i.e. our wendy house out the back!). That went in on Wednesday so will be due for tasting on the 25th February.

Ordered some yeast, sterilising stuff and a wort chiller. Expecting my main batch of equipment to arrive this week at some point.
